Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect

Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect Location: US-Remote About the role: One of our banking client is looking for an FSC Architect to design and lead Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions. You’ll own the solution architecture, guide the delivery team, and work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable designs. Key responsibilities Define end-to-end FSC architecture, including data model, integrations, security and release strategy Configure and extend FSC features: Financial Accounts, Household and Relationship Groups, Action Plans, Referrals, Financial Goals, and Interaction Summaries Design integrations with core banking, wealth and policy systems using MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs Lead discovery workshops and run design reviews Set standards for Apex, LWC, Flows and DevOps (CI/CD) Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy and Salesforce Shield/encryption needs Mentor developers and consultants, and support pre-sales and estimation where needed Must-have skills Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations Strong Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud background Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL and platform events Data modelling and large-data-volume handling Integration patterns and API design Experience with Agile delivery
