Financial Services Representative
Overview
As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll help clients understand insurance and financial service options, identify coverage that fits their needs, and move confidently through the application process. You’ll build lasting customer relationships through responsive service, clear communication, and thoughtful follow-up. Your impact: By matching clients with suitable coverage and explaining their options clearly, you help them make informed decisions and protect what matters to them. Duties Develop new business through outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, and other client outreach. Discuss client needs and explain health, life, property and casualty, and commercial insurance options. Support insurance sales from initial inquiry through application, policy updates, and ongoing service. Maintain client records, manage follow-ups, and complete sales administration using a customer relationship management (CRM) system and Microsoft Office. Review client information, coordinate benefits administration, and follow applicable insurance regulations. Skills Strong customer service, customer relationship building, negotiation, analysis, and communication skills, including clear client communication. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, commercial insurance, and insurance regulation is valuable. Experience in sales, insurance sales, outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or sales administration is helpful. CRM system proficiency and Microsoft Office skills support accurate records and timely follow-up. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome; relevant insurance or benefits administration experience is preferre Important Requirements 18 plus -Be able to pass a background check ( No criminal history) no prior experience needed 2-14, 2 -15 licenses and securities licenses needed ( if you don’t have these licenses the company sponsor them ) Not an hourly position Commission based Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
