• Product Care: Handle each product with care, ensuring it remains in good condition throughout the testing period.
• Follow Test Protocols: Strictly adhere to the daily schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, journaling, online or mobile feedback, and usage for specified durations.
• Utilize brighthush Mobile Technology: Some projects require the use of brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights.
• Engage in Private Discussions: Participate in private chat rooms opened by partner research firms to discuss product experiences.
