Role Overview

As a Remote In‑Home Product Testing Associate, you will be an independent contractor who participates in a variety of product testing projects. You will receive a curated selection of products that match your demographics and consumer profile, test them according to detailed instructions, and provide feedback through screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries. All products and shipping costs are covered by brighthush, and you will receive weekly payments via direct deposit or cheque.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
• Unpack, read instructions, and set up products as directed.
• Use the product for the specified duration and in the required manner.
• Document your experience through screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries.
• Complete online or mobile feedback forms and write reviews as requested.
• Capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market research firms.
• Maintain product care and return it in the condition specified by the project guidelines.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies.
• Report any issues or questions promptly to the brighthush support team.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
• Access to a digital camera or smartphone capable of taking high‑quality photos and videos.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
• Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills.
• Commitment to 15‑25 hours of work per week with a flexible schedule.
