Food and Agriculture Expert
WIRESTOCK is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Food and Agriculture to support the development and evaluation of digital content, educational frameworks, and practical AI applications. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to translate agricultural sciences, food production principles, culinary systems, and sustainability concepts into clear, structured evaluation criteria, benchmarks, and educational materials. You will review and evaluate domain-specific content to ensure factual rigor, technical accuracy, and real-world applicability across various digital and multimedia formats. Key Responsibilities: Develop structured frameworks, evaluation rubrics, reference guides, and assessment criteria tailored to food systems, agronomy, and agricultural technologies. Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated and human-authored content for domain accuracy, clarity, and depth. Translate complex agricultural, food science, and supply-chain concepts into accessible, high-quality learning resources. Provide actionable, constructive feedback to cross-functional teams to refine content quality and pedagogical effectiveness. Collaborate with Project Managers, instructional designers, and content production teams to establish domain quality standards. Requirements: Demonstrated professional or academic expertise in Food Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Sustainable Agriculture, Culinary Arts, or a closely related field. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and measurable evaluation criteria. Excellent written English communication skills. Experience in educational content development, instructional design, assessment creation, research, or quality evaluation. Comfortable working with AI-generated content and digital learning materials. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow detailed project guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with AI evaluation or AI model training/annotation projects. Experience developing educational assessments, curriculum materials, or specialized instructional content. Familiarity with interactive webpages, digital visualizations, or multimedia educational resources in science/agriculture. Experience collaborating with developers, subject matter specialists, or digital content production teams.
