Founding Growth & Marketing Partner (Equity Opportunity)
Company Description
Statera AI is an intelligent workforce scheduling platform built specifically for healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. The platform uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate optimized staff schedules that account for licenses, overtime limits, staff preferences, and coverage requirements. By replacing manual scheduling with automated, rule-based workflows, Statera AI helps facilities reduce overtime, prevent understaffing, and improve workforce stability. The company was founded by healthcare operators who experienced staffing challenges firsthand and set out to bring intelligence, automation, and transparency to workforce management. Statera AIโs mission is to bring balance to healthcare staffing so care teams can spend less time on scheduling and more time on delivering exceptional patient care.
