Founding Real Estate Agent — Austin, TX (Licensed, Independent Contractor)

HouseSigma is launching in Austin, and we're looking for one agent to launch it with us. HouseSigma is a real estate technology platform and brokerage. In Canada, 3.5 million buyers and sellers use our app and website to search homes and connect with agents, and Austin is our first US market. We're building the brokerage here the same way we built it at home: the company brings the leads, the agent focuses on clients. About the role This is a sponsorship under HouseSigma LLC, our registered Texas brokerage. You would move your license to us and become our first agent on the ground in Austin — a founding-agent role, not a team position. We're cloud-based, so there's no office to commute to, and you'd be supported by our brokerage and operations team while shaping how HouseSigma shows up in Austin. You'd be supervised by HouseSigma's designated Texas broker, as TREC requires. What you get Company leads, switched on for you at launch.
