Fractional Community Banking Advisor – Commercial & SMB Banking Part-time independent contract · Remote with occasional US travel · Initial 3- 6-month engagement About us THB Services Inc is the US arm of the Torry Harris group, an IT services and platform company. We are introducing a white-label B2B marketplace that a community bank runs under its own brand: local SMB clients find commercial, regional and municipal buyers, and the bank sees each deal early enough to finance it. The platform runs in the bank's own cloud environment, does not connect to core banking systems and does not move money. It is new to the US market and has no US bank clients yet, which is why we want an experienced banker's voice from the start. The role You will Review our webinar, FAQ and outreach materials from a community bank CEO's and risk committee's point of view Hold informal conversations with peers to test the proposition and report what you hear Co-present at an industry webinar for community bank executives, as a disclosed paid advisor Join follow-up conversations with interested banks, including occasional in-person meetings Help design pilot scope and success criteria that a bank's approval process would accept About you Senior leadership experience at a US community bank with responsibility for revenues Background in commercial lending, SBA, treasury management or SMB relationship banking Experience with vendor selection and third-party risk review from the bank's side An active network in community banking, through a state bankers association, ICBA or industry committees Comfortable presenting to peers and on camera Not currently an officer, director or employee of a bank, or advising banks on technology selection Based in the US; a strong network in one or two states with many community banks is a plus Engagement Independent contractor, working as needed part time 3–5 days a month Monthly retainer, plus a success fee for each bank that signs a pilot Pre-approved travel expenses reimbursed To apply, send a short note on your banking background, the states where your network is strongest, and one reason a community bank CEO would or would not adopt a platform like this.
