Fractional (Consulting) Pharmacist

We’re growing our team at Dapper! 🚀 We are pioneering a new era of longevity-focused healthcare by empowering physicians with a digital platform that integrates advanced diagnostics, personalized medicine, and deeply human care. To support this mission, we are looking for a fractional, remote Consulting Pharmacist to join us. This is a part-time, contract role (currently 3-5 hours/week, with room to grow) perfect for someone with deep expertise in compounded medications and consumer fulfillment platforms. Key Responsibilities: Review formulary medications and validate appropriate dosing, sig, and quantity to ensure the integrity of our platform. Provide evidence-based recommendations to our CMO and operations team on formulary additions and changes. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including DEA and HIPAA standards. Educate our Patient Care Team and clinicians on medication use, side effects, and best practices. Identify the latest medicine trends and opportunities to present to our physicians. What We’re Looking For: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with an active, unrestricted license (multi-state is a huge plus!). 3-5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, ideally with at least 1 year in telehealth or virtual care. Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and compounded medications. Compensation offers a competitive, negotiable hourly rate.
