From the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cups to UEFA EUROs and beyond, we're the team behind the scenes making big things happen. We're growing our Los Angeles team ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings the right combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise and personality. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role for an experienced major-event professional who knows how to turn ambitious plans into exceptional delivery. Working alongside our global team, you'll help lead the planning, coordination and execution of client programs supporting the Games. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing project planning, timelines, budgets and operational delivery.
• Leading client, supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Developing project strategies, reporting tools and operational processes.
• Overseeing supplier contracts, performance and deliverables.
• Coordinating onsite teams and supporting flawless event execution.
• Identifying challenges early, finding solutions and keeping projects moving.

What You Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who is:

• Local expertise, we want a local expert - LA based, with "local" cultural fluency and know-how
• Experienced in international sporting events, major events or complex event logistics.
• A confident project leader with strong financial, supplier and operational management skills.
• Exceptionally organized, proactive and detail-driven.
• Comfortable managing global clients, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Tech-savvy, collaborative and adaptable.
• Equally at home in the boardroom and the bus depot. Must be an on-site operations person and a drone view- strategic client management unicorn

The Commitment This opportunity begins as a flexible, fractional freelance engagement in November 2026, with responsibilities increasing as the Games approach. A full-time commitment is anticipated from January 2028 through the conclusion of Olympic and Paralympic Games operations.
