Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Payer - FACETS) Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Open Positions: 3
What You'll Do
Lead multiple concurrent projects involving FACETS application development, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams. Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project execution methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery. Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, release management, and executive status reporting. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and strategic goals. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams. Manage cross-functional teams operating in onshore/offshore delivery models. Support change management, production deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Establish project governance, delivery metrics, and reporting mechanisms. Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and healthcare business partners.
Required Qualifications
Experience 12+ years of IT industry experience. Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development and support projects. Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations. Required Skills Strong experience with TriZetto FACETS Core Administration Platform. Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including: Claims Processing Membership & Enrollment Provider Management Billing & Premium Management Experience delivering: Application Development Projects System Upgrades & Modernization Programs Application Support & Maintenance Initiatives Production Support Engagements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent project planning, execution, and governance capabilities. Experience managing vendor and client relationships. Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management expertise.
