Full Stack Developer with IOT (.NET/C#) - Remote

Build and modernize a cloud-native clinical diagnostics platform for remote monitoring of instruments used by hospitals and laboratories worldwide. You’ll contribute across IoT connectivity, edge applications, software distribution, AI agents, and full-stack development as the platform transitions from TFS, VB6, and AngularJS to AWS ECS Fargate, React 19, .NET 8, and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

Develop MQTT, AMQP, and REST pipelines connecting diagnostic instruments to cloud services. Create lightweight Windows and Linux edge applets for telemetry and software update enforcement; integrate instrument protocols and support migration from the legacy stack. Package software installers using MSI or NSIS for connected and air-gapped instrument environments. Implement delta updates with rollback, version detection, and audit trails; integrate IEC 62304-aligned packaging into GitHub Actions CI/CD. Build and deploy AI agents with LangGraph, MCP, or LangChain, including RAG pipelines using instrument manuals and support knowledge bases. Develop AI tools such as code generation, pull-request bots, and test scaffolding. Build React 19 dashboards for alerts, consumable tracking, and update status, and develop .NET 8 or Python backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven microservices. Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support regulated software releases. Required focus: Full-stack development with IoT and Microsoft technologies, including .NET/C#.
