Role Description The Full Stack Engineer (AI Intern) will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and AI-powered tools as part of PROJXON’s consulting and optimization projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating front-end interfaces and back-end services, assisting in the development of full-stack features, and contributing to software development lifecycle tasks such as coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype AI-driven solutions, refine technical requirements, and improve system performance and scalability. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexible collaboration with mentors and technical leads across different time zones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development to create and integrate robust server-side functionality. Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to contribute to end-to-end application design, implementation, and maintenance. Familiarity with modern web frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, React, Node.js, Python, or similar) is beneficial. Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts, APIs, or libraries (e.g., RESTful services, AI platforms, or ML frameworks) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and code quality. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate with distributed teams. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
