  • Document Preparation: Convert physical or audio materials into clean, editable digital documents, ensuring formatting consistency and readability.
  • Research & Gap‑Filling: Conduct targeted research to locate missing information, verify facts, and resolve discrepancies in source materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards; flag errors and collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update relational databases, file archives, and cloud storage systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular data reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards; export data sets for use by business analysts and stakeholders.
  • Backup & Security: Perform routine backups, monitor data security protocols, and adhere to GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall data quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable, or similar).
  • Strong typing speed (≥60 WPM) with exceptional accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and best practices.
  • Previous remote work experience with a proven track record of self‑management and collaboration via virtual platforms.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume data environment (e.g., e‑commerce, finance, healthcare).

  • Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose data issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, including analytics, compliance, and IT.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where processes and priorities evolve.
