Role Description This is a full-time remote role at Zenith Alpha Management. The position involves supporting the firm’s investment and operational activities through research, analysis, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and synthesizing market and manager data, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with ongoing monitoring of emerging managers. The role also includes collaboration with team members via digital tools, maintaining accurate records and files, and contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiencies. The successful candidate will be expected to manage priorities independently while communicating clearly in a distributed, remote-first setting.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear reports and presentations. High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital workflows; ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Understanding of investment concepts, fund structures, or asset management is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
