Global IT Audit Senior Manager

Oversee and manage the IT audit function for 3M's global operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to IT. Identify potential areas of risk within the company's IT systems and processes. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT audit processes with company objectives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding IT risk management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT audit and risk management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify any potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities. Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership on the results of IT audits and risk assessments. Lead and mentor a team of IT audit professionals. Implement and maintain effective communication channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to IT audit and risk management. Continuously review and improve IT audit processes and procedures. Ensure timely completion of all IT audit tasks and deliverables. Act as a subject matter expert on IT audit and risk management matters for the company. Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the company's IT department. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT risk management initiatives. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the company's IT risk profile.
