Role Description The Global Senior Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for setting strategic direction and driving global business performance for Bureau Veritas (Cambodia) Limited and related operations. This position oversees regional and functional leaders, aligning strategies, budgets, and operational plans with global objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding market and service expansion initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery quality and client satisfaction. The role involves leading cross-functional projects, managing key client relationships, and representing the organization in high-level internal and external meetings. The Global Senior Vice President also mentors senior leaders, strengthens governance and risk management practices, and champions a culture of ethical conduct, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Senior executive leadership experience, including responsibility for global or multi-country operations, strategic planning, and P&L management. Proven record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and change management in complex, service-driven or technical environments. Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building long-term client and partner relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and disciplines. Experience with corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance frameworks. Ability to lead remote, geographically distributed teams with inclusive, performance-oriented management practices. Comfortable using digital collaboration tools, data analytics, and performance dashboards for decision-making. Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant industry certifications or executive education are beneficial. Background in testing, inspection, certification, or closely related sectors is an advantage, along with experience in emerging markets or Asia.
