About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support an AI training project by creating, reviewing, and refining visual assets. In this remote contract role, you will apply your design expertise to produce high-quality graphics, assess existing creative work, and provide actionable feedback to improve visual quality. You will work with project teams to ensure designs meet project guidelines, maintain consistency, and communicate ideas effectively. Prior experience with AI is not required, making this opportunity suitable for designers who want to contribute their creative skills to an AI training project. Key Responsibilities ● Create digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts in line with project guidelines. ● Review existing designs and recommend practical improvements. ● Maintain brand consistency and ensure visual assets meet quality standards. ● Document design decisions and creative processes. ● Collaborate with project teams and incorporate feedback into design revisions. ● Refine visual assets to improve clarity, usability, and overall impact. ● Organize design files to support efficient project handoffs. ● Provide constructive feedback on creative outputs based on design principles and project requirements. Required Qualifications ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent graphic design tools. ● A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and experience. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Knowledge of visual storytelling, design principles, and current design trends. ● Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage multiple projects. ● Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications ● Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows is an advantage but is not required.
