Growth Marketing Specialist at BairesDev We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution of experiments and programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will contribute to a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment by executing campaigns, analyzing results, and helping scale what works.
What You'll Do
Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention stages of the funnel. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Build and analyze performance reports, extracting insights to inform the next round of experiments. Support conversion rate optimization efforts on landing pages, emails, and onboarding flows. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop and test growth-focused assets. Maintain the experiment backlog and document results, learnings, and recommendations clearly. What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and optimizing for conversion and acquisition metrics. Comfort working with data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience interpreting experiment results.
