Health Engagement Well-Being Coordinator

Develop and implement health engagement initiatives and programs to promote overall wellness for Cigna customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of health engagement strategies. Conduct research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in health and wellness to continuously improve programs. Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance health engagement offerings. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking support and resources for their health and well-being. Educate and empower customers to take an active role in their health through providing resources, tools, and guidance. Coordinate and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and activities to engage and motivate customers. Monitor and analyze data to measure the success and impact of health engagement initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status and progress of health engagement programs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of health and well-being for all employees. Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations. Act as a brand ambassador for Cigna by promoting our mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
