Water/Wastewater Construction Opportunities – Heavy Civil Locations Across the East Coast Metric is partnering with some of the country’s leading general contractors to recruit Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers and Business Development professionals for opportunities across the East Coast. Our clients deliver water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines and major utility projects. Water/wastewater experience is a key priority for these clients. We’re particularly keen to speak with candidates who understand the technical requirements and challenges of delivering work in this sector. Opportunities Include
- Project Managers: Lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
- Superintendents: Direct field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and productivity.
- Estimators: Prepare estimates, assess risk and support bids for heavy civil and W/WW projects.
- Engineers: Support delivery through technical coordination, RFIs, submittals, procurement and cost tracking.
- Business Development Professionals: Build client relationships, identify opportunities and support pursuit strategies within the water infrastructure market.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure, with relevant experience in your discipline.
- Experience working with a heavy civil general contractor, particularly on self-performed construction, is highly valued.
- For BD candidates, established relationships with municipal owners, utilities, engineers or construction partners.
- A commitment to quality, collaboration and successful project delivery.
Location and Flexibility Opportunities are available across the East Coast, with relocation opportunities available for candidates considering a move.
