This role is ideal whether you are just starting your notary journey or you are an experienced signing agent seeking more consistent appointments. We provide the support, training resources, and steady work to help you succeed. Responsibilities: Perform the full range of notarial acts — oaths, affirmations, acknowledgments, signature witnessing, and certified copies — while maintaining a compliant journal of every act. Qualifications and Skills: MUST be a U.S. citizen. Notary Public certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Clear background check. Familiar with notarizing loan documents. Detail-oriented, honest, dependable, and eager to grow. Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Chattanooga as needed. Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
