Role Description This position will support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with a focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
- This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst work for Network Operations - Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
- Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
Qualifications
- QNXT Experience Required
- 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions
- Take detailed notes to share with analysts
- General understanding and skills in PowerPoint
Requirements
- Provides technical and/or functional leadership within the unit (i.e., team lead)
- Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
