Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Conversational AI Engineer with deep expertise in brighthush X Assistant to join our fully remote team in India. In this role, you will architect, develop, and refine conversational AI solutions that drive customer engagement, automate routine interactions, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build Conversational Agents – Create intelligent chatbot workflows using brighthush X Assistant, tailoring intents, entities, and dialog flows to specific business use cases.
