Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality telehealth services to patients. The ideal candidate will utilize their clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care through virtual platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telecommunication technologies, including video calls and phone consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in telehealth or remote patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
