Job Title: HPC/Kubernetes Consultant Work Mode: 100% Remote Experience: 4+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Platforms, or HPC Rate: $ 100-120/hr Key Responsibilities: Operate large-scale Kubernetes clusters across EKS, GKE, and other platforms, including node management, scheduler troubleshooting, networking, and rolling upgrades. Provision and manage HPC infrastructure across AWS, CoreWeave, GCP, and OCI using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Support Slurm-based job scheduling and GPU resource allocation for AI training and inference workloads. Develop Python automation tools and implement infrastructure monitoring, alerting, SLI/SLOs, and incident response. Collaborate with Networking, Storage, Security, and AI/ML Platform teams to maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters at enterprise scale. Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Working knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, EFS, and FSx for Lustre. Production Python scripting and infrastructure automation experience. Experience with HPC/GPU workloads and Slurm is a plus.
