HR Risk and Compliance Contractor

Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do We are looking for an HR Risk and Compliance Contractor to support advisory, implementation, and Operate services. The role focuses on researching HR-related regulations, reviewing client policies and handbooks, and preparing practical compliance materials for client and project teams. Roles and Responsibilities Research HR-related regulations and summarize findings for client and project teams. Review client policies and employee handbooks for clarity, consistency, and alignment with identified requirements. Draft, update, and maintain workforce policies and related documentation. Develop and maintain compliance trackers, presentations, and other project materials. Support advisory, implementation, and ongoing Operate services through research, documentation, and coordination. Communicate findings clearly in writing and presentations. Organize work, manage deadlines, and contribute to accurate, high-quality deliverables. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience in workforce compliance, HR consulting, HR operations, employee relations, or employment-law advisory. Strong research and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical materials. Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks and deadlines. The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $80 -$90 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
