About the InternshipThis is a remote, hands-on internship for an upper-level Human Resources Management student who wants to learn how a recruiting firm runs from the inside. You'll work directly with the firm's leadership and see the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to how a placement gets made. You'll also see what it takes to build a small business. The program runs 90 days at about 5 hours per week and is designed to fit around your spring classes. All contact will be via Microsoft Teams. What You'll Learn and Do Learn how recruiters source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and talent communities Learn to write and post job advertisements that attract qualified candidates Shadow candidate phone screens by video or phone, then help draft screening questions Learn to use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and job openings See how recruiting connects to core HR practices, including job analysis, compliance, and the candidate experience Learn how to research potential clients and industries as part of business development Learn healthcare recruiting basics, including common roles, licensure, and what hiring managers look for Finish a capstone project and present it to leadership at the end of the internship RequirementsCurrently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting A computer, reliable internet, and a quiet space for video calls Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Teams Military-connected students and veterans are encouraged to apply What You'll GainReal-world experience applying your HR coursework in a working recruiting firm One-on-one mentorship from the firm's Owner & CEO Experience with professional recruiting tools and an ATS A professional reference for interns who successfully complete the program Internship DetailsDates: January 19 – April 18, 2027 (90 days) Schedule: About 5 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule Location: Fully remote Compensation: Unpaid Academic credit: Not required, but we will support your school's requirements if you choose to earn credit Openings: 1 Keystone Recruiters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
