Inbound Sales Representative
Remote Sales Representative — Moving Company CT Family First Movers LLC is a growing, family-owned moving company serving customers throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home, commission-based sales position with bonus opportunities. You will be responsible for responding to incoming leads, speaking with potential customers, preparing estimates, following up on quotes, and helping customers book their moves. What You’ll Do Respond promptly to new customer leads by phone, text, and email Speak with customers to understand their moving needs Gather information about their move and provide accurate estimates Explain our services, pricing, and moving process Follow up with customers who have received estimates Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers Convert qualified leads into booked moves Maintain accurate customer and lead information in our CRM Follow up with past customers and potential referral opportunities Communicate professionally with customers throughout the sales process Work closely with our operations team to ensure booked jobs are properly scheduled and documented
Compensation
Commission-based compensation + performance bonuses Your earning potential will be directly tied to your sales performance. Additional bonuses may be available for meeting or exceeding sales goals. Specific commission structure and bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview.
