Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Workforce Advance

Position Summary

The Forum’s Workforce Advance team is seeking independent Certified Best Plus 3.0 administrators who can join our team on a contractual, part-time basis. The Forum has a growing need for testers who can administer this oral assessment remotely for our English Advance courses located across the country. Testers join online classrooms for 1.5-hour sessions to pre- and post-test participants individually, in breakout rooms, according to BEST Plus 3.0 guidelines for remote administration. There is no set commitment for this position and the opportunities are advertised monthly. Testers sign up as they are available. Sessions are held in various time zones, throughout the day. The Forum provides an orientation on navigating the LMS & online classroom, instructions on the assessment process, and all testing materials.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Best Plus 3.0 Administrator Certification and an understanding of oral language proficiency in the context of an assessment
• Experience working with first-time online learners with low digital literacy skills
• Interest in working with language learners at various levels of proficiency

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Experience with teaching ESL and administering other standard ESL assessments that report on the NRS scale

Salary: $40 per hour
