Independently Licensed W-2 Therapist (Remote - PT/FT) LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, PMHNP, PsyD)

Job Overview Join our team as an independently licensed mental health therapist, working remotely on a part-time to full-time basis. Must be licensed independently in the state of NC as (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, PMHNP, PsyD) . Who we are The main focus of Rest and Restore Therapy LLC has been to provide therapy services to teens and adults with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders so that they can live their life more fully. While we use evidence-based treatments (EMDR, CBT, DBT, etc.), we also offer optional faith integration for those who desire it. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who we can start the credentialing process with us as soon as possible so that they are ready to start seeing in December or January. It usually takes 1-2 months to get paneled with the insurances we have group contracts with. Once paneled, this is a slow build but we are looking for someone who is looking to start slow but has the ability to build towards a full load (18+ clients) with a lot of scheduling flexibility. Ideal for someone looking to ease into a new position but is actively taking steps to build a fuller load. Experience/Training

• Masters Degree in counseling or related field
• Independently Licensed in a counseling-related field (LCSWC, LMFT, LCPC, PMHNP, PsyD etc.)
• 2+ years experience providing therapy strongly preferred
• Specialized training in any of the following: EMDR, ERP, DBT, CBT-E (eating disorder treatment), Gottman Method, LCAS or perinatal specialist PMH-C

Required skills for this role

• Experience providing therapy to adolescent and/or adult populations suffering from mental health conditions as classified by DSM-5.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention methods, crisis management protocols, and behavior management strategies
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine diagnoses and monitor patient progress
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and security of medical records and patient information
• Willingness to learn how to properly document session codes and notes to satisfy requirements of insurance. Preference for those already knowledgeable on how to document notes to accurately reflect medical necessity when billing insurance.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Complete documentation within 24 hours of services rendered. Since we bill Medicaid, this is absolutely essential.
• Accept referrals and maintain caseload between 18-30 sessions per week. We need someone who has flexile times to offer clients.
• Take steps to help promote self within therapy community to build clientele base.
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions dependent on client's treatment needs.
• Monitor client risk and create/monitor safety plans based on company policy.
• Engage in activities required to provide ethical patient care including care coordination, medical documentation, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote therapy sessions.
• Document clinical notes accurately using CPT coding and ICD coding conventions for billing insurance and record-keeping purposes in a timely manner
• Attend paid onboarding and check-ins with owner, as needed.

Payment Structure Therapists hired will be paid based on the number of sessions worked on a tiered pay structure. Pay Tiers for 53-60 minute sessions per 2-week pay period: Tier 1: (1-19 sessions) Less than 10 per week $50 per session hour + $5 admin time = $55 per 1.25 hrs Tier 2: (20-35 sessions) 10-17 per week $55 per session hour +$5 admin time = $60 per 1.25 hrs Tier 3: (36-47 sessions) 18-23 per week $60 per session hour + $5 admin time = $65 per 1.25 hrs Tier 4: (48-60 sessions) 24-30 per week $65 per session hour + $5 admin time = $70 per 1.25 hrs Estimated Yearly Earnings (approx. based on sessions count/wk) Note: This is based on 90837 (53 min+) session and exact sessions lengths vary. Sessions/wk Tier 1 - (8) 60 min sessions = ($55 x 8sessions) x 52wks = $22,880/yr Tier 2 -(15) 60 min sessions = ($60 x15sessions) x 52wks = $46,900/yr Tier 3 - (20) 60 min sessions = ($65x20sessions) x 52wks = $67,600/yr Tier 4 -(25) 60 min sessions = ($70x25sessions) x 52wks = $91,000/yr Tier 4 -(30) 60 min sessions = ($70x30sessions) x 52wks = $109,200/yr
