Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an commercial Insurance Account managers mostly insurance commercial insurance. The Insurance Account Managers will manage ( we xan provide leads or your own leads) respond to inquiries, and provide guidance on coverage options and policy features. The role involves preparing quotes, assisting clients with policy applications and changes, and ensuring timely follow-up on renewals and billing questions. The representative will support sales efforts by identifying client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and helping clients navigate carrier options. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate records in internal systems, collaborating with team members, and participating in ongoing product and compliance training.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining client relationships and overseeing policy lifecycle. Effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients with professionalism. Clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain insurance concepts and document client interactions. Sales skills to identify coverage needs, present solutions, and support closing new and renewal business. Training-related skills to learn insurance products quickly and apply updated procedures and compliance requirements. Familiarity with commercial insurance products. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or agency management systems is beneficial. Property and casaulty license is required.
