Insurance Sales Representative
Trio Insurance is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role designed for individuals who want flexibility, structured support, and the opportunity to grow their income through performance. Compensation & Income Potential Commission-based 1099 opportunity Estimated earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, based on performance Advance commissions available on new business (where applicable) Additional incentives and bonus opportunities Note: Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual production, consistency, and activity. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective clients using provided leads Understand client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions Guide clients through the application and onboarding process Maintain follow-ups to improve conversion and retention Keep accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity Stay up to date with products, compliance, and sales processes

Qualifications
