Intake Specialist

Friendly, quick on your feet, and great at making a first impression? We want to talk to you! 📞 We're hiring an experienced Intake Specialist to support US law firms. Independent Contractor Position — this is a 1099 contractor role, not a W-2 employee position. What You'll Be Doing Handle incoming calls, texts, and web inquiries from potential clients in a professional, compassionate manner Screen new leads and gather case details to determine if they meet the firm's criteria Complete intake questionnaires and enter accurate client information into case management systems Send and track retainer agreements and other onboarding documents until they're signed Follow up with potential clients to keep leads moving and prevent drop-offs Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to hand off new cases smoothly Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up calls Maintain organized records of intake activity and lead status What We're Looking For: Required: Prior intake experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company Experience in personal injury intake strongly preferred Comfortable working in case management systems and CRMs Strong phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher) Empathetic and professional when speaking with clients in difficult situations Available to work U.S. business hours Why You'll Love Working with Us: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, full-time (40 hrs/week) 💰 100% remote — no commute 🏠 Healthcare stipend 🩺 Paid time off and sick leave 🌴 Referral bonus 🎁 Sound like your next role?
