We have partnered with our client in their search for a Remote Interim Compliance Counsel .

Responsibilities

Advise on U.S. export controls, trade controls and sanctions matters. Support compliance with EAR, ITAR and OFAC-administered sanctions requirements. Provide practical, business-focused guidance on international trade and anti-bribery compliance. Support sanctions licensing, compliance and related enforcement matters. Skills Required Strong U.S. export controls and international trade compliance experience. Experience with EAR, ITAR and OFAC sanctions. Anti-bribery compliance experience. Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical advice to business stakeholders. Education & Work Experience J.D. and relevant bar admission. Significant legal experience in export controls, sanctions and trade compliance, ideally within an in-house environment.
