IT Systems & QA Analyst II (Remote) Location: Miami, Florida, United States (Remote) Industry: Hospitals and Health Care Work Setting: Remote (Continental U.S.) with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs and support technology-driven solutions. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of new systems and enhancements. Research emerging technologies and assist with planning, migration, and implementation efforts. Translate business challenges into practical functional and technical solutions. Investigate application issues, document findings, and support resolution efforts through detailed analysis and testing. Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, support reporting, and aid strategic decision-making. Create detailed functional and technical documentation for complex projects and initiatives. Partner with development teams throughout project lifecycles, providing continuous feedback and validation. Identify opportunities for automation and integration of business processes. Troubleshoot application issues, support service requests, and provide timely resolutions to end users. Deliver user training and support to encourage successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Participate in post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Quality Assurance, or similar technology-focused role. Experience gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and supporting technology projects. Background working with stakeholders, providing user support, and understanding complex business systems. Hands-on experience testing web-based and mobile applications and executing quality assurance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field. Business Analysis or Project Management certification. Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments. Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, scripting, APIs, database management tools, and development lifecycle platforms. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
