Role Description The Vice President of Project Development (项目开发副总裁) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of real estate development and related strategic initiatives. This full-time, remote role includes leading project teams, defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that programs align with the company’s business and client-focused objectives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring project performance against key metrics, and adjusting plans based on market insights and analytical findings. The Vice President will regularly review project pipelines, prepare executive reports, and support long-term strategic planning to drive sustainable growth. This position also requires mentoring team members, improving project management processes, and ensuring that client experience and operational efficiency remain at the center of all development efforts.

Qualifications

Strong project and program leadership, with proven skills in Program Management and Project Management. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and inform decision-making in complex project environments. Experience in Strategic Planning, including setting long-term objectives and aligning development initiatives with business goals. Sound Budgeting capabilities, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage distributed teams, and communicate clearly across time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
