Law Life Coach, Inc. is proud to present the following position: Remote Employment Litigation Attorney (California Licensed) Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation | Fully Remote | Partnership Track We are a highly selective plaintiff-side employment firm seeking an attorney with at least three years of labor and employment litigation experience to join our growing team. While three years is the minimum requirement, we are particularly interested in attorneys with five or more years of experience who are looking to transition from defense-side practice and build a more meaningful plaintiff-side career. Our practice is exclusively devoted to single-plaintiff employment matters. We are deliberate about the cases we accept and maintain manageable caseloads of approximately 25-30 matters per attorney, allowing our lawyers to provide exceptional representation while developing real litigation skills. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to do more than manage files. Our attorneys take and defend depositions, handle written discovery, draft pleadings and motions, prepare mediation briefs, appear in court, and manage their own cases with substantial support from an experienced and collaborative team. Qualifications

Active membership in the California Bar Minimum of three years of labor and employment litigation experience (five or more years preferred) Plaintiff-side experience is welcome, but not required Candidates with strong defense-side employment litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply Experience handling depositions, motion practice, discovery, and mediations is preferred Excellent writing, advocacy, and case management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a close-knit team
