Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for roles in Polk County, FL
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare facilities, and internal hiring managers
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in ATS or CRM systems
- reputed company interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications for various healthcare roles
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support onboarding coordination as needed
Skills
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) to effectively engage local candidates
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
