Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives with overall business objectives. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders, including identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
