Lead Full stack Developer

Lead Full Stack Developer | Remote (EST) | 6+ Months Responsibilities: Turn business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Design, build, and maintain responsive web apps using Vue.js, including reusable UI components and libraries. Integrate front-end apps with backend APIs and web services. Work with UX/UI designers to turn wireframes into high-quality interfaces. Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments. Take part in code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with BAs, QA, DevOps, and backend developers; write test strategies and technical documentation. Stay current with front-end technologies and trends. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retros, backlog grooming). Qualifications: 10+ years of front-end experience, including 3+ years with Vue.js. Strong Vue.js 2.x/3.x skills: Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, SPAs. Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, responsive design, and component-driven architecture. Knowledge of browser performance tuning and front-end security (authentication, authorization, CORS, XSS, CSRF). Testing experience with Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright. Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework. Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, views, functions, database design). Experience with SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD. Experience with IIS deployment and hosting. Knowledge of Azure or AWS. Agile/Scrum experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
