Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of insurance promoters to achieve sales targets for home insurance products. Develop and implement effective outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities within the community and retail environments. Engage with prospective clients through telemarketing, client communication, and in-person visits to explain policy benefits and coverage options. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Negotiate policy terms with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company standards. Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM systems and sales administration tools to track progress and follow-up actions. Conduct analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products is highly desirable. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases. Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic decision-making. Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication and personalized support.
