Lead Recruiter, Engineering Services Company: MSI Recruiting Location: Remote or Hybrid Position Overview The Lead Recruiter, Engineering Services will play a critical role in developing and expanding MSI Recruiting's presence within the engineering and technical services markets. This individual will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top engineering talent, developing strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in agency recruiting, an established understanding of the engineering services industry, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions, from candidate sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement.
• Recruit professionals across multiple engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Structural, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering professionals through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Partner with clients to understand technical requirements, project needs, organizational structures, and hiring priorities.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, professional experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the applicant tracking system.

Business Development & Client Relationships

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within engineering services, consulting, manufacturing, infrastructure, and related industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and senior executives.
• Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and market conditions.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent acquisition strategies.

Practice Growth & Leadership

• Help establish and execute the growth strategy for MSI Recruiting's Engineering Services practice.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and high demand engineering skill sets.
• Establish recruiting strategies, sourcing processes, and candidate engagement best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably specializing in engineering, technical services, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success recruiting engineering professionals across multiple technical specialties.
• Strong understanding of engineering functions, technical skill sets, and industry hiring trends.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and negotiating offers.
• Established professional network within engineering or technical services markets preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
