You find utility-scale solar companies that should be running PSM: owners, EPC contractors and O&M providers with a site under construction, starting within 12 months or newly operating. For each one you find the person who decides on site software, verify their contact details, and submit the lead with your sources. You don't pitch, demo or close. We review and verify every lead, then assign it to one of our sales reps. You're paid when your lead bears fruit. This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) role you can do remotely, on your own hours. Pay (commission only, nothing paid for leads that go nowhere) $150 when a first meeting with the decision-maker on your lead actually happens 7.5% of the customer's first-year subscription (minimum $500) if the company signs within 12 months of your lead being accepted 5% of year one (minimum $500) when that contract covers 3 or more sites Paid monthly, with no cap on leads or earnings What a lead can pay A lead that becomes a 200 MWac build on PSM Project: $4,650 A lead that becomes a 300 MWac operating site on Ops + SCADA + SolarEye: $2,850 A lead that becomes a 100 MWac build on PSM Field: $1,500 A lead that reaches a meeting but doesn't sign: $150 What counts as a verified lead Company, site name, size (MWac), county and state, and project phase, each with a dated source The name and title of the person who picks site software, from a company site, LinkedIn or a press release A verified work email or direct phone number A line or two on why PSM fits that site How it works Submit leads on our shared lead sheet. We review each one within 5 business days. An accepted lead is yours for 12 months. The first complete submission for a company wins; companies already in our pipeline don't count. You never contact the lead about PSM. You find and verify; we make first contact.
