Qualifications
Active and current California Bar membership in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience Strong interest in defense-side Lemon Law litigation Experience managing motion practice and litigation support
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective case strategies Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments impacting litigation matters Why Consider This Opportunity?
