Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals Complete documentation and maintain required patient care hours Coordinate services with other care providers and participate in staff meetings Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and creatively Comfort working with diverse client populations Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice Insurance network credentialing Multilingual or bilingual proficiency Specialty area of practice Experience: 5 years required
