Licensed Insurance Agent

Insurance Agent Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Industry: Insurance & Financial Services Experience: Insurance experience preferred, but motivated individuals willing to obtain a license are encouraged to apply. About the Position We are looking for motivated, professional, and personable Insurance Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working in a sales environment. As an Insurance Agent, you will educate clients about their insurance options, identify their needs, provide appropriate coverage solutions, and help clients protect themselves and their families financially. Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on available life insurance and supplemental insurance products
• Recommend coverage options based on the client's needs and financial goals
• Complete applications accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up on leads and scheduled appointments
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain all required insurance licenses and comply with applicable insurance regulations
