• Taking cancellation and rate-increase calls and working to keep the policy
• Reviewing coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate
• Following up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late
• Being calm, patient, and clear with customers who are upset

• Active P&C license
• Allstate agency experience, 3+ years preferred
• Exceptional communication skills: calm, persuasive, and confident with frustrated customers
• Texas residents preferred

Occasional cross-sell opportunities pay 10% commission, uncapped. You'll be employed by Sharie Withers Agency, LLC, doing business as Day One Insurance Group, an independently owned Allstate agency.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
