LIMS Migration Consultant

Join our team as a LIMS Developer and play a key role in modernizing laboratory workflows through LIMS migration projects. This position focuses on developing and implementing backend solutions that help laboratories optimize operations, improve data integrity, and maintain regulatory compliance. Remote | Direct Hire | Full Comprehensive Benefits Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

Responsibilities

Lead and support LIMS migration projects and system implementations. Design, configure, and build laboratory test codes, workflows, and integrations. Develop and maintain backend solutions using SQL and C#. Analyze complex laboratory processes and recommend scalable solutions. Support API and interface development, including HL7 integrations. Collaborate with laboratory stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. 5+ years of LIMS migration and development experience. 3+ years of hands-on laboratory (bench) experience. Experience functioning as a true LIMS Developer rather than a LIMS super user. 3+ years with SQL query and database experience. Experience with C#. Familiarity with APIs and interfaces, including HL7. Ability to work closely with migration teams and laboratory stakeholders to drive successful implementations.
