Manager, Client Delivery Experience (Output Solutions and Commercialization) - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Delivery Experience (Output Solutions and Commercialization) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee client-facing delivery operations for complex project implementations, ensuring technical and operational work comes together smoothly from planning through deployment. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to strengthen execution, improve communication, and drive better outcomes for clients and the business. This position also supports resource planning, process improvement, and disciplined project management practices across the department. Location: Remote Compensation: $105,600 – $163,600 annually

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing project management and technical staff to deliver high-quality project implementations Define system requirements for product and service implementations and support successful deployment Forecast and recruit skilled resources to meet project demand and priorities Establish project management principles and improve interdepartmental communication Promote operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements Monitor project progress and resolve issues that could affect project success Develop and manage the operational plan for the department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Eight years in the credit/debit card or financial industry, including five years of client project or conversion experience Five years of management experience preferred Working knowledge of card processing systems preferred Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership Strong presentation skills for all leadership levels Understanding of Six Sigma and project management best practices
